2. Request Your Quote

Submit your rental request online with the items you're interested in. If your event in Batavia has special requirements, such as full setup, specific delivery or pickup times, venue restrictions, or same-day pickup, please include those details in your request or contact us before submitting.
 

3. We Review Your Order

Every rental request is personally reviewed before it's finalized. We verify inventory availability, delivery distance within the Batavia, Ohio area, setup requests, pickup scheduling, venue requirements, and any special instructions. If adjustments are needed, we'll contact you promptly.

After reviewing your request, we'll add any applicable delivery, setup, or service fees and send you a final quote. Please review it carefully and let us know if you'd like any changes before submitting your deposit.
 

4. Reserve Your Event Date

Your rental equipment is officially reserved once your required deposit has been received. Please note that rental items are not held until the deposit is paid. Availability can change quickly, especially during busy weekends in Batavia and the Greater Cincinnati area.
 

5. Receive Your Confirmation

Once we've reviewed your order and received your deposit, we'll send a confirmation by email and/or text. At that point, your event rentals are officially reserved for your scheduled date.
 

6. Delivery & Pickup Scheduling

During the week leading up to your event, we'll send an estimated delivery and pickup window. Routes may change due to weather, traffic, event schedules, and order volume, so these times are estimates and may be adjusted.
 

Rental items may be delivered up to two days before your event and picked up up to two days afterward. Customers choosing warehouse pickup will receive complete pickup instructions, including our warehouse address and arrival information.
 

7. Delivery Day

When our delivery team is on the way, you'll receive a text message with an estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, any required waiver and the remaining balance must be completed before equipment is unloaded. If you won't be present, please let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate an alternative arrangement.
 

8. Equipment Delivery & Setup

Standard delivery includes placement at the front of the property, such as your driveway, garage, front porch, or another accessible unloading location. Backyard placement, stairs, gates, or event-area setup are not included unless arranged in advance.
 

Tent installation is included. Tables, chairs, and other rental items are delivered only unless professional setup services have been requested before delivery.
 

9. Enjoy Your Event

Customers are responsible for all rental equipment from delivery until pickup. Please return all items in the same general condition in which they were delivered.
 

Avoid dragging tables, chairs, or other equipment across concrete, asphalt, gravel, or grass to prevent unnecessary damage. While we understand outdoor events may involve weather, we ask that equipment be returned reasonably clean and free of excessive food residue, spills, mud, grass stains, tape, decorations, or dirt.
 

Please do not move, dismantle, or remove tents unless instructed by our team.
 

10. Pickup & Equipment Inspection

Before pickup, please wipe down all tables and chairs, stack them neatly, and place them in the agreed pickup location. Equipment should be placed on a tarp, blanket, moving pad, driveway, garage, porch, or another clean, hard surface rather than directly on the grass.
 

Please leave tents fully assembled unless instructed otherwise. Our crew will dismantle and inspect all tent rentals during pickup.
 

Items returned excessively dirty, damaged, missing parts, or not ready for pickup may be subject to additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees.
 

Cancellation, Removal & Rescheduling Policy

Because rental equipment is reserved exclusively for your event date, it becomes unavailable to other customers once your reservation is confirmed.
 

Cancellations, item removals, or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of your scheduled event may be subject to the full rental amount, including changes resulting from weather.
