Terms & Conditions – Sharp Event Rentals

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all rentals and services provided by Sharp Event Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Reservations & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed once we approve your request and receive a $50 non-refundable deposit.

  • Full payment is due at time of pickup/delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations if payment is not received on time.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your event will receive a full refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to the full rental amount. However, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

3. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.

  • Setup services are available for an additional fee if selected.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and safe.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • All rented items must be kept in a safe and secure location.

  • Tables and chairs should not be exposed to extreme weather unless agreed upon.

  • Customer is responsible for proper use and care of all equipment during the rental period.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period.

  • Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

6. Cleaning & Condition

  • Items are provided clean and ready for use.

  • Basic cleaning (removing food, trash, and debris) is required before return or pickup.

  • Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.

7. Pickup & Return

  • Items will be returned/picked up at the agreed-upon time.

  • Customer must ensure all items are ready and accessible at pickup.

  • Additional fees may apply if items are not ready or require extra time.

8. Weather Policy

  • We are not responsible for weather conditions.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather unless otherwise agreed.

9. Liability

  • Sharp Event Rentals is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents arising from the use of rented equipment.

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for use and supervision of rental items.

10. Agreement

By booking with Sharp Event Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
